Feed Reader

I have placed the feed subscribe me on the side bar. You can see the number of subscriber there as well. The number keep changing. At first is less than 10, then yesterday I think goes up to 21. Now, it's 19. I'm not really understand how this works actually? Why the number keep going up and down? Is it someone subscribe it then they remove the subcription later? Anyone knows?
