Today I will stop writing on my Sabah Trip. I will write on something else. What is so important until I want to stop my Sabah Trip? Hehehe, I think most of you know by seeing the title of this post.

Previously, I said that all the food post will go to my food blog. Ya ya, I know and I still remember that. But today, I am going to have an exception over here. Who cares? As long as I want to post it. Both also my blog, I have the decision on where to post. Wakakakaka. A bit "chuin", right? I am just joking la ^.^ OK, back to the topic.

I saw so many posts related to 4321. First, I saw it in Sock Peng's blog. Sock Peng refer to Ohbin's blog. Ohbin is the one who started on this 4321 thingy. Last few days, I found out my friend Jiin Ling also tried that. Later, when browse through Sharon's blog, I read the same post as well. Hmmmmm, is it really so good until so many people want to try it? I have no idea. Since so many said it is good, I also want to try it myself.

Maybe some of you are still blur on what is the thing I am talking about. Let me tell you now.........It is the Pork Rib 4321!! I cooked it myself, of course, with the help from my mum. Hehe.

Let's start......

The ingredients include:
1 1/2 pork rib (according to Ohbin)
4 teaspoon of soya sauce
3 teaspoon of sugar
2 teaspoon of rice vinegar
1 teaspoon of gourmet cooking shao hsing hua tiao chiew

This is how the name 4321 comes from.

I asked my mum to buy the pork rib for me. I don't have the rice vinegar and gourmet cooking shao hsing hua tiao chiew. So I went Tesco to get it this morning.

Gourmet Cooking Shao Hsing Hua Tiao Chiew.

Rice Vinegar.

These are the Soya Sauce, Rice Vinegar and Hua Tiao Chiew that I used.

Pork Rib.

Mix Sauce. I put them in a bowl first.

First, my mum helped me to boil the water and pour it over the pork rib, in order to take out the so call "blood water" (Need to use your hand to squeeze the pork rib). We always do that, if not, sometimes the pork will have smell.

Next, pour the mix sauce into the pan, without adding any oil or water.

Put all the pork rib into the pan and cook it. It needs time for the pork rib to be cooked. Please be patient.

It's almost done. You can see the mix sauce has become thicker.

Few minutes later, Tang Tang Tang Tang...... Pork Rib 4321 is done!!!

Nice looking?

I tested and it was a bit salty. I think I need to have less soya sauce next time. You can adjust the quantity of the sauce based on your personal reference. I don't like it to be too sweet so I just add in 2 1/2 teaspoon of sugar instead of 3. If you don't eat pork, you can try it with chicken. It will be the same.

Overall, they are yummy! Of course they are yummy for sure...... I'm the one who cook it wor....... Wakakaka :)

Go and try it. It is pretty simple. If I can do it, you can do it too!!

P/S Akira, no need to wait for your wife to learn it! I saw your comment from someone blog (I forgot who). You can cook it yourself!!! :)

Sabah Trip (X) - Tuaran Pagoda

From Yayasan Sabah, we continued our journey towards Tuaran. I went there before when I was there few years back. Tuaran is famous with its Tuaran Mee. According to Mei Wah, the noodle there was not that nice. To me, it was OK. Maybe I am not so particular on the food. Hahaha. Besides the Tuaran Mee, the places of interest will be the Pagoda.

The Pagoda has a total of 8 floors. Like the Kek Lok Si, you can go up by paying the entrance fee. Since we have gone there, we paid and started to climb the stairs.

The sky was so nice on that day and the weather was super hot! That is why I managed to take such a great sky photos. See the clouds?

Helicopter flew by. I zoom and took it.

I just love the blue blue sky...... I hope I can fly!!!

There was a temple behind the pagoda. I took it from the pagoda.

Can you name all the characters? I think you know all of them.

Temple and the Pagoda.

Side by side.

Do you notice there are 3 persons on top of the temple? Hehe, they are the Fu Lu Shou. Fu - Good Fortune, Lu - Prosperity and Shou - Longevity.

Sabah Trip (IX) - KK City Mosque & Yayasan Sabah

Want to see the dinner that I have for the second day? Point your mouse over Sabah: Fatt Kee Coffee Shop and click on it. :)

I rented a car on the 3rd day. It has been a long time I never drive in KK. Last time, I rode motorcycle to go to the University for my class. KK has changed a little bit, I was not able to recognize some of the road.

I got the car at 7.30am. The car rental company sent the car to where I stayed. The car I rented is a new Viva auto.

After everything is ready, we departed around 8am. Our destination is Tuaran. On the way, we will pass by KK City Mosque, Yayasan Sabah, UMS, and 1 Borneo.

This KK City Mosque is the one I took.

Below 3 photos are taken from Malaysia Hotel Review. Nicely taken.

Yayasan Sabah from far away.

Yayasan Sabah after the zoom in.

Seaside. Nice photo, right?

We reached Yayasan Sabah around 8.30am. We stopped by the roadside and start to take photos.

Yayasan Sabah together with ME!!!

I purposely use the feature in my camera to make the sky looked so blue. Is it nice?

We went nearer to have a closer view.

Of course, I will not forget about sky photos!

IT Certification

Just after finishing my Form 6, I decided to go for the IT course in the University. I selected Computer Science for all the choices I have, of course, in different University. During that time, IT was a big hit. It seems like everyone is going for IT. I chose IT because I like computers. I thought it will be good if I go and study IT in the university. In the end, when the result came out, I didn't get the course I want. I got the course called System Management. It is still IT though.

After 3 years of studies, I finally graduated with an IT degree. I tried to look for an IT job but it was difficult to get one during that time. After 10 months of unemployment, I finally got an offer with an IT outsourcing company.

During the period I was unemployed, I went for the MCSE course. MCSE is an IT certification from Microsoft. There were too many papers to complete, all 7 of them for this certificate. Due to financial difficulties, I didn't manage to complete this course.

Currently, I am working as an IT Support Specialist. Fortunately, as part of company's retraining program, my colleagues and I have the chance to go for a Cisco certification course in CCNP program. It is one of the many available Cisco training course that is accepted globally all around the world. To be able to equip yourself in Cisco courses is a step to many openings in the IT field.

If you are interested in networking, Cisco certification is the one that you need to consider. With the certification, it will broaden your knowledge in networking. If you are looking for another job opportunity, it will be easier as well. Cisco certification for sure will help in your career path.

Sabah Trip (VIII) - KK Evening View

After settle all our stuff in the hotel, we walked around KK city in order to search for our dinner. I called Mei Wah and asked for advice. She suggested the Fatt Kee coffee shop which is located just opposite of Wisma Merdeka, below the Ang's Hotel.

After the dinner, we walked towards the jetty. The sky was so beautiful! I started to take photos and my friends followed! :)

This is the photo that I like the most. It's my wallpaper now.

I took the below few photos with different mode.

Took this photo on top of the bridge.
