Streamyx Down

My Streamyx was down last night. It's not only impacted me. My friend who lived in the same block as I do was also not able to connect. I called to the support and have been told that there is an upgrade on going from 7th July to 14th July in Penang. That is why I didn't update my post on the Sabah Trip. I will update it later before I leave office. I just afraid the Streamyx is still unavailable when I reach home at night.
