Sabah Trip (Part IX) - Before Going for River Cruise

After the Mud Volcano, we waited for the boat to fetch us for lunch. While waiting, we took some photos for memory.

There are mosquitoes flying here and there looking for target. I was one of them. Stupid mosquito! It paid off on what it did to me. I kill it! Muahahaha.

Before leaving, take a photo of my shadow, prove that I was there. Hehe.

Sabah Trip (XVII) - Pulau Tiga (Survivor Island)

Before the Sabah Trip, I already planned to go to Pulau Tiga, which is the Survivor Island. Remember the TV game show called Survivor? The Season One was shot there. Is this the reason this island becomes so famous? I have no idea.

We need to wake up as early as 6 for preparation. The tour guide will come fetch us at 7am. We managed to get ourselves ready by then and the tour guide drove us to the City Mall, to wait for others. We waited for a few minutes. I manage to take some photos while waiting.

To go to Pulau Tiga, we need to take a boat there. The blue blue sky is just nice!

The transportation need to cross the river by using this.

Sabah Trip (XVI) - UMS

After KDCA, I went to UMS. I want to go back and see what has changed since I left. In fact, there are many changes.

My course mate is the lecturer there. So I asked her to bring us in, make my life easier. :)

This is the main gate. Not really take it so well since I took it inside the car.

UMS was founded in 1994. It was still consider a very new University, if compare to others.


My course mate and I. I mention about Suzane many times in my previous post. The one in black is Suzane. She is my good friend in Sabah. On the left is my course mate, Fidal.

I already forgot why I will have this V sign. Influenced by someone? Hmmmmmmm.....

Inside the hall. It was the registration day for new students. This is the first time I stepped into the hall. When I was there last time, the hall was not ready. We need to go to other place for our convocation. Too bad.

Next, we went to the Marine School. UMS has the Marine School since my studies time. But, there was no aquarium at that time. We managed to go in without paying any fees. For normal visitors, it will be RM 4 per person. The aquarium is consider nice. You can see a lot of different fishes inside.
