Computer Based Training

Have you ever attended a training online? It will be a YES for some people and NOo for others. For me, the answer is YES. Some of my company training need you to take it online.

Online training or we so called e-learning has become more and more popular these days. We no need to attend the classroom training anymore. Through the internet, we can browse through many websites that provide the computer courses online. You can take those computer training
anytime you want as long as you have a PC and internet. It's convenient!

In additional, Leadership training is also important. All the managers in the company need to get themselves trained and know what they can actually do to help the company to achieve higher goal. Besides, they also need to get trained on how to manage their subordinates well.
