I always see this from TV when I was small. But after getting older, I seldom see it anymore. I think it is due to I seldom watch TV nowadays. Besides, most of the TV channel has movie or other show until very late. Last time, at midnight, you will listen to the Negaraku and see this screen.
I managed to take this photo on November 22nd 2008 at 2.48am. If I am not mistaken, I was chasing after the TVB series, that is why I have the chance to see this screen again after a very long time.

it's about few days ago when i went for Military Service.
They only hav 8tv, TV 1 & 2, and i was forced to search for tv programme. = =
